Executive leaders must balance competing interests, build commitment, manage expectations, and maintain productive relationships throughout the project lifecycle. Strong stakeholder engagement reduces resistance, accelerates decision-making, and improves the likelihood of achieving strategic objectives.
This five-day course provides practical approaches for identifying, analysing, engaging, and influencing project stakeholders at executive level. Through real project scenarios, structured frameworks, and practical exercises, participants will develop strategies to strengthen stakeholder relationships, manage complex communications, resolve conflicts, and secure long-term support for strategic initiatives.
